Multi-Million Pound Dental Practice Case Study
Brief
Our client is a multi-million-pound dental practice that offers only private dental services, cosmetic dental treatments, and advanced tooth replacement procedures.
Based in the West Midlands, they had a clear vision and were prepared to invest in their business to reach their goals.
Our brief was to improve their exposure to the local community whilst promoting their advanced dental treatments locally and further afield. We were tasked with updating the website and providing a system that ensured all enquiries were dealt with in a unified way.
Website
We added a sales-based CRM system to ensure every enquiry was dealt with according to industry guidelines. It ensured that every message from a potential patient was addressed and not missed while ensuring their medical privacy.
We also provided pre-written email replies, review reminders and instructions for staff members when required.
The website design was based on the precise plans provided by the client. This enabled us to provide the website they wanted with the functionality to allow their marketing team to update its content when needed.
In addition, we provided training and support to allow new staff to manage the website themselves.
Marketing
We also created a local advertising campaign targeting the client's demographic profile.
The Google Ads campaign generated hundreds of positive reviews and ensured that the practice ranked first on Google without incurring ongoing costs. This campaign was a prime reason for their explosive growth.
Summary
The new website, CRM system, and marketing campaign have succeeded. The practice has tripled the number of resident dentists, and the number of new patients joining the practice has risen from 20 per month to over 90.
By using these software elements as a combined tool, the practice has increased patient engagement whilst ensuring the best practice has been followed. All the dental staff have been given the tools to help convert new leads into patients and work more closely together as a cohesive team.
