The Brief
Our client provides Hen and Stag holidays in the United Kingdom and overseas. They offered a one-stop shop for any Hens and Stags to build a unique and unforgettable trip of a lifetime.
Our brief was to create a website and ad campaign that targeted Hens and Stags. The campaign would allow them to choose every aspect of their trip and allow each group member to pay their account, keeping the trip unified.
Website
After detailing the package, the Organiser could input the travellers' names, emails, and details. Each traveller would then receive their payment account, which enabled them to update their travel information and pay for the holiday. This allowed the Organiser and our client to monitor the booking.
The website brief was based on the client's precise requirements. After quickly defining the prospect and their needs, each website area guided the client through a sales funnel based on a choice of location, activities, or dates.
The advanced website allowed the client to act on new leads more quickly. They could also send specific "canned" emails when required while still using best practices.
The website was explicitly designed to enhance their workflows, enabling them to process more customers.
The Website enabled our client to change, update, and add more activities and locations with simple clicks. The payment management software allowed multiple users to make a payment without human interaction, thereby improving productivity, cash flow, and customer satisfaction.
Google Ads
Two separate Google Ad campaigns were created, one for the Hens and one for the Stags,
Each targeted a specific type of event using the typical keywords used by prospects looking for a Hen or Stag holiday. Later, this expanded to include specific holiday events, such as firing an AK-47. Yes, seriously!
Each campaign provided a consistent flow of leads to the specific landing pages on the website.
Summary
The automated sales and payment process allowed our client to expand their services to a broader audience. The automation allowed them to develop the business on a grander scale without extra staff.
Also, our payment options permitted our client to implement this without needing a significant investment.
